While defects in our items are extremely low, they do happen and warranty work will become necessary. Watch Galore is not an authorized agent or service center for the watch manufacturers presented and all repairs or replacements will be handled by us at our location.

In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. Watch Galore reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by Watch Galore. Water damage normally happens when the crown is not screwed down correctly or is accidentally opened. Buyers should always double check the crown before entering the water. Only the internal mechanical parts (meaning the movement) are covered by this warranty. The clasp, bracelet and crystal are not covered.
