The Carrier

We use USPS for packages under 1 pound.
We use FedEx for packages over 1 pound.

The Estimated Delivery Time

All USA packages are delivered within 3 to 7 days (unless an overnight or second day shipping method is chosen). International packages are delivered within 3 to 7 days if shipped with FedEx and within 7 to 14 days if shipped with USPS. Please note the handling time is not included.

6. If the reason of your return is other than item not as described or arrived damaged:
- Genuvo reserves the right to apply a 20% re-stocking fee.
