RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. You must get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and a Return address from us, before sending it back. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.

Orders over $4000 have a 8% restocking Fee unless unless otherwise agreed by the Jomashop eBay staff via mail, fax or e-mail.

Shipping and Item Problems: When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item (Damaged,Defective), or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Jomashop within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies notified to Jomashop after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement. In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc.. Jomashop must be notified within 5 days of reciept and furthermore reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Jomashop cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturers' original packaging.
